Sea Kayak Halkidiki is based in the second peninsula of Halkidiki called Sithonia and in particular on the picturesque resort of Vourvourou.
The region offers a unique combination of sea with characteristics of a lake, a mountain covered with thick forests and 9 unique islands, making it an ideal destination for summer vacations.
We offer guided day-trips, starting from May through to the end of October. Our sea kayak daily trips provide a perfect opportunity to paddle the crystal blue waters around Diaporos island, the largest of the 9 islands which is located across the bay, where you can swim and snorkel on some of the most beautiful and remote beaches of Halkidiki, like Krifto, Mirsini & Galazia Nera.
Sea Kayak Halkidiki was established in 2013 in response to a growing demand by visitors of Halkidiki for challenging water-based outdoor activities. Our aim is to promote the viable development of tourism, taking special interest in environmental protection.

Sea kayaking is a great way to explore the remote and beautiful beaches of the Halkidiki region and especially the Vourvourou area in the Sithonia peninsula. Moreover, it is a great, fun way to exercise.
Participate at your own pace by joining a Half-Day, a Full-Day or a Sunset sea kayaking trip, or by just hiring a kayak and exploring your favourite spot. Whatever type of trip you opt for, our staff will provide you with safe, adventurous experience. As for the equipment, you can choose between double or single sea kayaks, which are suitable for both novice and advanced paddlers.

Sea Kayak Halkidiki is famous for going the extra mile when it comes to food. Our pic-nic meals include homemade finger food, homebaked pastries, fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits and the list goes on. Please, note that as active citizens we support the local community, by purchasing as many products as possible from the local groceries and markets.

Even though we are fortunate to work in such a biologically diverse and incredibly beautiful place as Vourvourou in Halkidiki, we do understand the impact that irresponsible actions may have on the eco-balance of the area.
That’s why we follow established minimum impact practices during our sea kayak trips. We firmly believe that a business can operate successfully and still have a minimal or positive impact on the environment and community in which we all live. That’s why we aim to raise the bar in terms of environmental commitment and sustainability in the eco-tourism industry.
We are proud of the fact that we leave the island of Diaporos cleaner than we have found it, so don’t be surprised if you see a small heap of litter on your guide’s boat after a trip.
